Second email, mail, or drop off at our office a prepaid FedEx or UPS return shipping envelope/label (we do not accept air waybills) that you can create and purchase online at FedEx.com or UPS.com without needing to have an existing account set up with them. You can also visit any UPS Store or FedEx Office location to purchase a prepaid shipping label as well.
Do not use the United States Postal Service (USPS) because they lose things constantly
(potentially your certificate of naturalization) and are completely unreliable and slow.
The reason we require a prepaid return shipping envelope/label is so we can mail your documents back to you or to wherever and whomever in the world that you want your documents shipped to.
The U.S State Department (USDOS) office is currently taking an estimated 8-11 weeks to process and issue certificates once your documents are filed with them. It was taking 12-13 weeks time (we kid you not) up until May 2021 for the U.S State Department to process and issue federal apostilles and federal authentication certificates on documents once they were submitted to their office in Washington, D.C.
Please don’t fall for other online companies that haven’t updated their websites yet that still say it only takes 3-5 weeks time. The USDOS processing turnaround time is now the exact same for every single company in the world no matter what company you choose to hire since walk-in service was discontinued in March 2020 because of COVID.
The U.S Department of States does not give us or anyone updates of any kind so we cannot give you any type of order status updates once you place your order with us (welcome to the completely broken federal government system since COVID).
Only on the day the State Department finally issues a federal apostille certificate or authentication certificate on your FBI background check report will they notify us and then we will notify you by email.
Also, be aware that at any time the USDOS could revert back to longer timeframes (12-13 weeks) without notice and during your ongoing document filing process.
This means we can tell you by phone, email, or you can read on this website that the USDOS is currently taking an estimated XYZ time to issue federal apostille and authentication certificates but during the filing process the turnaround time for your documents can be extended out to a much longer time frame.

If it’s an international shipment (USA to another foreign country) please also provide us with a invoice (see the two links below to download custom prefilled out for you templates) that shipping companies (FedEx, UPS) will normally require you to include whenever you ship documents internationally to certain countries. If you or someone on your behalf will be returning to our office the following business day to pick up your apostilled or authenticated documents you of course won’t need to provide us with a shipping label.
On the prepaid return shipping label
that you must provide us you can list the
