We only need three things from you to complete the rush Texas Certificate of Good Standing apostille service process.
Please note the Texas Secretary of State does not issue apostilles or authentication certificates on Certificate of Good Standing documents.
In it’s replacement they will issue you either a Texas Certificate of Fact or Texas Certificate of Formation or if you want you can order both like many of our clients do then get those two types of corporation documents apostilled.
First, email us a photocopy of your Texas Certificate of Good Standing paperwork. You cannot mail or drop off this document to us to rush apostille because the Texas Secretary of State corporations division does not accept or apostille documents that people and companies try to give them in person or by mail.
The Texas Secretary of State will only issue new certified copies of corporation documents that have already been filed with them in the past and then subsequently issue and attach a Texas apostille or authentication certificate on the new Texas Certificate of Good Standing certified copy that they issued.
If you don’t have your Texas Certificate of Good Standing document available just email us the unique SOS file number that you were given by the Texas Secretary of State and the full legal name of your corporation along with our completed apostille order form and a prepaid return shipping label to place your order.
Please note our Texas apostille prices for rush obtaining documents at the Texas Secretary of State corporations unit side are higher then what is listed on the website because the corporations unit government document filing fees are almost four times higher then the non-corporations state government filing fees on the authentications unit side.
Also, you must complete a separate Texas apostille order form for these types of corporation unit documents if you are also ordering non-corporate documents to rush apostille at the same time.
Meaning two separate apostille order forms will be needed to be completed by you – one apostille order form for all corporation unit documents and one apostille order form for all other types of documents.
