As long as your documents have the required Texas notary jurat or acknowledgement verbiage on them (the notary jurat or acknowledgment verbiage must be in all English) and is properly signed, dated, and notarized by a Texas notary public.
In contrast, to receive a U.S Department of State certification apostille or U.S Department of State authentication embossed seal in Washington D.C, the documents that you submit must be 100% in English and they cannot be in any foreign language.
The exception to this rule is you can submit an English translated and document notarization that’s attached to your original non-English language document.
Otherwise, your federal documents will get rejected by the US Department of State apostille office if this step is not done properly.
Any foreign country language (non-English) is acceptable to receive a valid express apostille or documents authenticated on legalizing documents in and for the State of Texas.
