Our rush Texas apostille services allow us to file your documents with the Texas Secretary of State on the same business day. To qualify for rush service, we must receive your original document, certified recordable document, or properly Texas-notarized non-recordable document, along with your completed order form, by noon (Monday–Friday), either by mail or by drop-off at our Austin, Texas office.
Please note: Even with same-day filing, the Texas Secretary of State may take up to three business days to issue your apostille certificate.
Please note that Texas apostille certificates cannot be issued in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, El Paso, or any other Texas city outside Austin. The Texas Secretary of State in Austin, Texas, is the only government authority authorized to issue Texas apostille certificates.
Many companies and side-hustling notaries advertising Texas apostille services in other Texas cities are intermediaries who must forward documents to Austin for processing, potentially adding weeks of time and unnecessary apostille costs to you.
Call us at 512-967-4900 for help with your apostille or document legalization needs. If we’re assisting another customer when you call, please leave a voicemail or complete the contact form to send us a message or request a FREE document review.
