■ Corporations Document (CD) = These documents do not need to be notarized but you cannot mail or drop off these types of documents to us. You can only email us to start the corporate Texas apostille ordering process.

■ You can only choose ONE foreign (non-USA) country per document. The Texas Secretary of State will only issue you ONE apostille certificate on ONE document and for ONE foreign (non-USA) country. This means the Texas Secretary of State will not issue you multiple apostille certificates or for multiple countries on one document.

■ All Texas government document filing fees are included in our flat fee rush corporation Texas apostille service pricing.

■ Please note the Texas Secretary of State corporations department will only issue new certified copies of your company’s already on file with them corporation documents. This means you (or us) can’t physically present and submit documents to them to be apostilled. Your company must already have a Texas SOS file number that was issued to you after you initially filed corporation documents with the Texas Secretary of State for the first time.

Then the Texas Secretary of State will issue and attach apostille certificates onto the newly issued certified copies of your existing corporation documents 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) after we rush file your order with them. We will then use the prepaid return shipping label that you sent us to mail your documents back to you on the same day that we obtain your documents back from the Texas Secretary of State.

■ The Texas Secretary of State no longer issues or apostilles Certificates of Good Standing (in its place you can order a Certificate of Fact) or Articles of Incorporation (in its place you can order a Certificate of Formation) documents please be aware.
