Our rush Texas apostille services allow us to same-business-day file your documents with the Texas Secretary of State. These rush services are only available if we receive your original or certified recordable document, or a properly Texas-notarized non-recordable document, and our completed order form either by mail or dropped off at our Austin, TX office by noon Monday–Friday. Please note even when documents are filed the same day, the Texas Secretary of State may take up to two business days to issue an apostille certificate after being filed.
Please also be aware that Texas apostille certificates cannot be issued in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, El Paso, or any other Texas city. The only place in Texas where apostille certificates are issued is at the Texas Secretary of State in Austin, TX. Most companies advertising Texas apostille services with addresses in other cities are simply middlemen who charge a large markup fee and then forward the documents to Austin, since all apostilles can only be issued by the Texas Secretary of State office in Austin.
