Tenancy By the Entirety

Witnesseth

Joint ownership of title by husband and wife, in which both have the right to the entire property, and, upon the death of one, the other has title (right of survivorship). tenancy by the entirety is used in many states and is analogous to “community property” in the seven states which recognize that type of property ownership.
