Where Can I Order a Texas DPS
Driving Records Report At?

If you need to order a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) driving records report to be apostilled for use in a foreign country.

Go to the links below for more information, and contact the Texas Department of Public Safety directly to help you order the Texas driving records report that you will either email or mail to us to rush the apostille once you receive it back from the State of Texas.

The TXDPS website states: “The requested Driver Records are available to print immediately after successful payment. You may also choose to receive the Driver Record by email. This service does not provide an option to have the Driver Record mailed to you.”

Please make sure to order the DIGITAL/ELECTRONIC/DOWNLOADABLE PDF version of your Texas Department of Public Safety driving records report so you can email the PDF report to us to rush apostille it.

You must email us your FULL PDF REPORT with ALL pages that will always include the state seal and signature of the state employee who signs every TXDPS driving report (see an example of a TXDPS driving record report here: https://www.apostilletexas.org/texas-dps-driving-records-apostille/).

If you do not email us the full TXDPS driving record report that must include the state seal and state employee signature on it, your TXDPS certified history record report will be rejected by the TXSOS, and you’ll have to pay us a second time to refile it once you obtain a new corrected Texas driving history report for a second time.

You CANNOT email us any scanned or cellphone photos of documents, meaning YOU cannot scan your TXDPS driving records report and then email it to us, nor can you email us any .jpeg, .png, or other file formats. Only the original PDF driving record report that was issued and that you downloaded online from the TXDPS website is acceptable.

Otherwise, if you do not choose the downloadable/electronic/PDF option, the TXDPS will mail you an original hard copy of your Texas driver records check report. Then you will be forced to mail us the original driving record report, which will waste your time and money.
