There is only one place in one city that any person, business, or corporation can file and receive a Texas apostille certificate or a Texas document authentication certificate.

That is at the Texas Secretary of State’s office located in downtown Austin, TX. The Secretary of State of Texas does not have any satellite or branch offices anywhere in Texas (not Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston, or El Paso), the U.S, or the world.

You also cannot email, text, or fax your documents to us or to them to receive a Texas apostille certification or Texas authentication certificate.
