The Texas Secretary of State no longer issues Texas Certificate of Incorporation documents, so they can’t issue apostille certificates on them.

As a legal substitute to obtain and apostille a Certificate of Incorporation, your company can order a Texas Certificate of Formation and/or a Texas Certificate of Fact from the Texas Secretary of State.
