Does the Texas Secretary of State
issue or apostille Certificate of
Incorporation?

No, they do not.

The Texas Secretary of State no longer issues Certificate of Incorporation documents, so they can’t issue apostille certificates on them.

As a legal substitute to obtain and apostille a Certificate of Incorporation, your company can order a Texas Certificate of Formation and/or a Texas Certificate of Fact from the Texas Secretary of State.
