Can I get a vehicle title or car title
apostilled or authenticated in Texas?
Unfortunately no you cannot.
The Texas Secretary of State does NOT and will NOT issue apostille certificates on any type of vehicle title or car title issued from Texas or any other state or country.
If your vehicle title was issued from Texas you can request and order what is called a “certification letter” from the Texas DMV that may help you with a foreign country in place of getting it apostilled. Contact information is below.
