Can I have Texas Vital Records or
a Texas county clerk's office send
my birth certificate directly to you?
Yes, you can.
But only if you email us our Texas apostille order form and email us a prepaid return FedEx or UPS shipping label BEFORE we receive your documents from the Texas county office who issued the Texas birth certificate or from Texas Vital Records by mail.
The Texas county office, or Texas Vital Statistics then mails your certified copy or original Texas birth certificate to:
