When submitting an apostille order do I need to submit
some form of photo identification or ID?
No, you do not.
Neither the Texas Secretary of State nor the United States Department of State requires anyone (for any foreign country) to submit a photo identification or ID (passport, driver’s license, green card, visa, etc.) along with their documents when requesting an apostille certificate or authentication certificate.
So you do not need to show us, email us, or mail us any form of photo identification when placing your state or federal apostille order with us.
