To receive a federal-level (USDOS) apostille or authentication certificate from the U.S Department of State, all you need to do is mail us or drop off at our office your documents along with our federal apostille service order form and a prepaid return FedEx or UPS shipping label.
To receive a document legalization from a Washington D.C. located U.S. foreign embassy or consulate all you need to do is mail us or drop off at our office your documents, along with our embassy document legalization service order form and a prepaid return FedEx or UPS shipping label.
Also, a few countries (Lebanon, for example) require you to fill out an embassy application form and provide a photocopy of a valid passport.
