Can you apostille
a PDF?
No, but there are a few exceptions where you can email us a PDF of a document, then we can print it out and submit it to receive an apostille certificate on it.
For example, the U.S Department of State will accept FBI background check identity history reports when they have been downloaded as a PDF. You email us the original PDF that you downloaded, then we print the PDF out, and lastly, we rush file the printed-out PDF at the United States Department of State in Washington, D.C.
The Texas Secretary of State will accept Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) issued Texas criminal background check reports and Texas driving record reports when they’ve been downloaded as a PDF off the Texas DPS website. You email us the original PDF, then we print the PDF out, and we rush file the printed-out PDF at the Texas Secretary of State in Austin, TX.
