Do I have to send my original
documents to be federally apostilled
or authenticated at the USDOS?
Yes.
The United States Department of State only accepts original documents that are in all English, with the lone exception being an FBI criminal background check report.
When you order an FBI criminal background check or FBI identity history summary online, you will be given a link to download your federal criminal history report as a PDF document. You can then email that original PDF to us to print it out and then we’ll rush file it with the U.S Department of State on your behalf.
