The Texas Secretary of State’s office will be closed on Monday, September 7th, 2026 for the federal Labor Day holiday and will not reopen until Tuesday, September 8th.

Apostille Texas’s office will also be closed on Monday, September 7th for the Labor Day holiday, so you cannot drop off your documents to our Austin, TX office until 9am on Tuesday morning of next week.
