The Texas Secretary of State Will Be Closed On December 24th-26th For The Christmas Holiday

The Texas Secretary of State’s office will be closed on December 24-26 (Wed-Fri) for the Christmas holiday.
Our office will close early, but will be open on the 24th until 3pm to accept any mailed deliveries or drop-offs.
We must receive your documents by mail or drop off by noon CST on Tuesday, December 23rd, to be able to file and apostille them this week. Any documents received after noon on Tuesday can not be filed until the following Monday, December 29th.
