How do I apostille a document
that was notarized by a U.S
military notary?

If your document was notarized on a domestic or foreign military base by a U.S commissioned military notary public you must go through the United States Department of State in Washington D.C to receive a federal apostille or authentication certificate on the document.

This is because all U.S military notaries are commissioned by the FEDERAL government, not the State of Texas or any other of the 49 states.

If however, you had a commissioned Texas notary public travel to a military base in Texas to perform the notary then you can go through the Texas Secretary of State and hire us to rush obtain a Texas apostille certificate on your document. That is because all licensed Texas notaries are commissioned by the TEXAS government.
