Do I have to send my original
documents to you to be apostilled,
authenticated, and legalized?

Yes.

The Texas Secretary of State, United States Department of State, and all foreign U.S embassies, consular, and consulate offices with a few exceptions will only accept original recordable documents and original properly U.S notarized non-recordable documents.

The only Texas exceptions are a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) criminal background check and vehicle driving record reports that can be emailed to us to apostille because you only receive those documents electronically online from a state website.

The only federal exception is FBI criminal background checks which can be emailed to us to file because you only receive that document electronically online from a federal website.
