Can you apostille
a PDF?

No, but there are a few exceptions where you can email us a PDF of a document then we can print it out and submit it to receive an apostille on it.

For example, the U.S Department of State will accept FBI background check identity history reports when they have been downloaded as a PDF. You email us the PDF then we print the PDF out and then we file the printed-out PDF with the United State Department in Washington, D.C.

The Texas Secretary of State will accept Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) issued criminal background checks and driving record reports when they have been downloaded as a PDF off the Texas DPS website. You email us the PDF then we print the PDF out and then we file the printed-out PDF with the Texas Secretary of State in Austin, TX.
