Occasionally the two parties on opposite sides of a lawsuit or on an appeal from a trial judgment will agree upon certain facts and sign a statement to be used in court for that purpose. agreed statements are only used when the only remaining dispute boils down to a question of law and legal argument and not of the actual facts.
